Capital Improvement Fund

The Capital Improvement Fund is used to account for all the governmental capital projects throughout the City. The fund's primary revenue source is the "Penny for Pasco" local discretionary sales tax, used as follows: 1. Finance, plan, and construct infrastructure 2. Acquire land for public recreation, conservation, or protection of natural resources. Capital Improvement Fund includes Capital projects in the City's Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
