It is the mission of Sewer Collection to maintain and upgrade the City's sewer collection system whenever and wherever possible. This division strives to remain current with today's technology and to implement that technology into our system and everyday routine. Most importantly, great effort is made to ensure that all staff are trained and prepared for any event that might jeopardize the integrity of the City's sewer collection system. The highest level of service and professionalism is expected and shall be maintained.

It is the mission of Water & Reclaimed Water Distribution to maintain and upgrade the City's potable water system. To demonstrate a high level of service that includes, but is not limited to, proactive maintenance activities, expansion of the water system where possible monitor and evaluate all current regulatory requirements, a one hour response to emergency water breaks, a 24 hour response to all internal and external inquiries, and finally to demonstrate a high level of professionalism to all City residents and Utility customers.
