Discussion Regarding the Allocation of CDBG-DR Funds by Pasco County
The Board of Directors is to conduct a discussion regarding the allocation of Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funds. Director Altman requested the discussion concerning a specific project that did not advance for funding consideration by Pasco County for CDBG-DR projects within the city.
Staff requests that the Board conduct the discussion as requested by Director Altman.

Goals & Objectives Analysis - Fiscal Year 2026-27
The Board is asked to review, edit, and if appropriate, approve the Goals & Objectives Analysis for Fiscal Year 2026-27. The document responds to HB 7013 requirements under Fla. Stat. § 189.0694 for special districts (including CRAs) to establish goals, objectives, and performance measures, and summarizes the CRA's Work Plan, major redevelopment projects, and budget for FY 2026-27.
