    Discussion Regarding the Allocation of CDBG-DR Funds by Pasco County

    Director Altman requested that the Board of Directors conduct a discussion regarding a specific project that did not advance for funding consideration by Pasco County for CDBG-DR (Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery) projects within the city.

    No funding is required for this item. Staff requests that the Board conduct the discussion as requested by Director Altman.

    Goals & Objectives Analysis - Fiscal Year 2026-27

    The Board is requested to review, edit, and if appropriate, approve the Goals & Objectives Analysis for Fiscal Year 2026-27. The document responds to HB 7013 (Fla. Stat. § 189.0694) requiring special districts, including CRAs, to establish goals, objectives, and performance measures, and to publish an annual report by December 1 each year. Includes CRA Work Plan and FY2026-27 budget exhibit.
