[00:04:45] I would like for us as a board to have discussions [00:04:48] about where the funds are coming from on these projects. [00:04:51] We have to expedite it. [00:04:52] We need to get it done. [00:04:53] And it does play into the hacienda and the redevelopment. [00:04:57] So I see that it makes sense. [00:05:01] So I will support the motion. [00:05:03] But my request is now that we have Barbara, [00:05:06] and it looks like you've got a full complement [00:05:09] of competent and good department heads. [00:05:12] That's something to celebrate, because we've kind of run short sometimes [00:05:19] in terms of staffing. [00:05:22] But for a CRA that has multimillion dollars revenue coming in [00:05:27] and a plan that has elements in it that we should be posted on what's [00:05:32] going on with, just coming in on occasion to spend money from the CRA, [00:05:39] we really need to have these conversations as a board about our strategy. [00:05:46] There's so much that we have to do. [00:05:48] I'm sure we can afford it, and I'll bet we've got a big boost. [00:05:53] I'm happy to approve it, but I did want to request [00:05:58] that we start having regular meetings with agendas [00:06:02] and that we review our annual budget and get more on track.
