[00:00:30] I mean the next item on the agenda is to consider our request for the parking [00:00:47] structure and yeah in that respect the request before you is to approve a [00:01:00] change order with Coco Locke is contracting in the amount of a hundred [00:01:05] and eighty five thousand nine hundred and sixty three dollars and sixty four [00:01:09] cents in regard to the purchase and installation of a CCTV camera security [00:01:16] system for the parking structure as I'm sure all of you will recall we entered [00:01:22] into a contract with Coco Locke is contracting to construct a 350 parking [00:01:30] space parking structure for a maximum guarantee price of six point five [00:01:36] million dollars and the project was not spec'd to include a security system [00:01:45] although it was anticipated that of course it would include that the [00:01:50] security system was and considered to be more of an FF and E item we did not [00:01:57] include an FF and E budget so we're asking that it be processed as a change [00:02:01] order we received quotes on both the installation and providing the security [00:02:11] equipment once a system was specified for the structure and the low bids were [00:02:17] as followed time on target security which is a local company indicated that [00:02:25] they could provide the materials for a hundred and eleven thousand and twenty [00:02:29] three dollars and sixty four cents Buell electric could install the system for [00:02:38] seventy four thousand nine hundred and forty dollars there the company that is [00:02:43] supplied all of the electrical for the parking structure today and Coco Locke is [00:02:51] has agreed to process this change order without any overhead and markup I'm so [00:02:59] if this change order meets with your approval the full amount for the change [00:03:06] order would be the hundred and eighty five thousand nine hundred and sixty [00:03:09] three dollars and sixty four cents the change order in large part establishes [00:03:18] security cameras at all points of and Brian's here so I'll let him provide you [00:03:26] want to describe it in detail Brian yeah the the system is spec'd out has to [00:03:34] include seventy six cameras primarily targeting in the stairwells entryways to [00:03:40] the elevator and entry and exits into the facility any kind of perimeter door [00:03:46] entry to that effect as miss being stated the contractor that's doing the [00:03:51] low voltage in the parking structure has been selected to pull the cable and [00:03:55] install the cameras and then time on target local vendor was the one [00:04:00] providing hardware and it were prepared to respond any questions that you might [00:04:07] have of us in respect to the change order [00:04:30] so this is primarily target around security and surveillance the system [00:04:40] you're referring to I do have information on and is more of a smart [00:04:44] parking solution and I can forward that information in this man so she can [00:04:49] distribute it to you guys I don't remember off cuff but I will get it out [00:04:57] to you it's a different type system the is on time security they're the ones it [00:05:10] will store store the data right no the solutions cloud-based through a third [00:05:17] party vendor and it is a five-year contract where the cameras themselves [00:05:21] upload to the cloud and store 30 days so that five-year contract is that both [00:05:27] warranty on the equipment and the storage so we don't we would expect any [00:05:34] additional maintenance or cost for five years right now [00:05:49] no the camera system that we specked out will will have the opportunity for [00:05:54] future growth and if we do hit that five-year point want to do a hardware [00:05:57] refresh we would just rotate the hardware out [00:05:59] approval [00:06:08] second [00:06:10] maybe the quality of the imagery [00:06:15] yeah sure there they're not 4k cameras but they're on TV and they they have the [00:06:23] ability to take a license plate within about 75 feet to 100 feet so you get [00:06:28] facial recognition probably somewhere between 50 to 65 feet and like I said [00:06:36] they're strategically placed during the exits and entries so you'll see activity [00:06:40] as people [00:06:43] and they have an infrared they also have an analytics perspective to them so if [00:06:49] we wanted to check for specific data based on you know functions of the of [00:06:56] the structure that we were targeting we can do so so you want to see people in a [00:07:02] red shirt Monday through Friday we can show you that [00:07:05] and I would I would assume that they're you know like a commercial grade with [00:07:16] a little harder than the average for weather and all that kind of stuff [00:07:20] yeah absolutely and to the point earlier there they're hundred percent covered so [00:07:25] if we have a problem turn it in send us a new one so then they do have the [00:07:31] ability for facial recognition or is that software additional to that or it [00:07:36] it has the ability to do facial recognition within the system itself it [00:07:41] doesn't bring in outside sources for facial recognition so we can identify a [00:07:46] person if we want to see hey how many times did that person walk through the [00:07:51] facility or what floors to that person enter we have the ability to do that but [00:07:56] it doesn't take information from the outside and injected to the system the [00:07:59] cross-reference [00:08:09] nothing else all those in favor please signify by saying aye aye opposed like [00:08:15] sign motion passes do we have any communications for the CRM entertain a [00:08:22] motion to adjourn [00:08:29] you
